In our store, you will find a wide selection of chocolates categorized by their cocoa solids content. You can choose from chocolates with cocoa content ranging from 40% to an incredible 100%!
It is often said that dark chocolate contains more cocoa than milk chocolate. However, in our range, you can find milk chocolate with a cocoa content of 70%! Even milk and white chocolate can be of very high quality.
It is also said that the higher the cocoa percentage, the darker the chocolate. This is not necessarily true; it depends on the origin and variety of the cocoa beans. Some 70% chocolates can actually be darker than 100% ones.
