In the production of our chocolates, we use the finest cocoa beans from various locations. These are mostly Trinitario and Criollo varieties, which are full of distinct flavors. Our philosophy is precisely to convey these flavor notes to you as much as possible. That is why we roast the cocoa beans at a low temperature and never blend them. All our chocolates are single origin.
