Dark chocolate 70% Uganda with bourbon

Dark chocolate with bourbon is a chocolate delicacy that combines high-quality cocoa beans with the noble tones of Jim Beam bourbon. In the chocolate, you will feel a delicate sweetness with tones of vanilla and caramel, which come from bourbon. The chocolate looks luxurious, original and yet very elegant - ideal as a Christmas gift for anyone who appreciates thoughtful flavor combinations. 

This chocolate will be a beautiful gift on its own or in a set with a bottle of bourbon :-)

To make the chocolate, we used selected cocoa beans from the Semuliki Forest region in Uganda, which we macerated in Jim Beam bourbon for many weeks. In the end, we produced a luxurious limited edition of 300 tables.

Jim Beam Bourbon is a Kentucky classic that will delight both experienced connoisseurs and those who are just starting out with bourbon. It is matured in oak barrels, thanks to which it acquires characteristic tones of vanilla, caramel and slightly smoky wood. On the palate it is soft, rounded and pleasantly warm, with a sweet aftertaste of corn and a hint of spice. It is great on its own, on ice and as a base for quality cocktails.
