White chocolate is a type of chocolate made from cocoa butter, sugar, and milk. Unlike other types of chocolate, it does not contain whole cocoa beans, which is why it doesn't have a brown color.

Cocoa butter is the essential ingredient of high-quality white chocolate. Cocoa butter is obtained from cocoa beans and is rich in fats and antioxidants.
Sugar
Sugar is the second ingredient in white chocolate. It provides the sweet taste.

Milk is the third ingredient in white chocolate. For Míša's chocolate, we use dried Czech milk.
And what is the composition of our white chocolate?
In first place is cocoa butter, followed by milk powder and cane sugar. We also add vanilla beans from Madagascar. When you buy chocolate (and not just white), study the ingredients carefully. In supermarket white chocolates, sugar is in first place. In our chocolate, cocoa butter is in first place, which means the chocolate contains more butter than sugar. Thanks to this, the chocolate is smooth and not oversweetened. Cocoa butter is healthy; sugar is not.
