But we also offer chocolates completely without sugar or sweeteners! To some chocolates, we add Czech or Moravian dried milk and freeze-dried local fruit.

What exactly is bar chocolate made using the bean-to-bar method?
It is the result of precise craft, careful selection of cocoa beans, and attention to detail. Every bar you find here is made using the bean-to-bar method – from the bean to the final bar with maximum care.
Why high-percentage chocolate?
In our selection, you will mainly find high-percentage chocolates, because we believe that the true taste of cocoa should not be hidden behind sugar. A high proportion of cocoa means a rich and complex flavor – with notes of fruit, nuts, spices, or flowers depending on the origin of the beans. And yes, the higher the percentage of cocoa, the healthier the chocolate is.
Specialty beans = exceptional taste
Our chocolates are created only from specialty cocoa beans, which come from verified farms where cocoa is grown in the highest quality. Each origin brings a specific flavor profile – similar to wine or coffee. This means that each of our single-origin bars is unique in taste.
