After paying for your order, you will receive an email notification that the order is being processed.
Once we prepare your order for shipping by courier, you will receive a message that the order has been completed.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging so that the chocolates reach you unbroken and in the best possible quality! And we pack 100% ecologically:-)

• First, we wrap the chocolates in paper cardboard.
• We place them in a cardboard box, which we fill with paper and FLO-PAK BIO packing peanuts. These are made from natural corn-starch-based raw materials. They are compostable, decompose within 14 days, and if you put them in water, they dissolve immediately. They do not belong in recycling! It is a more expensive but ecological option. Do not confuse them with the cheaper FLO-PAK GREEN peanuts, which are shaped like eights and made from recycled polystyrene.
• Finally, we seal the cardboard boxes with paper tape. The entire packaging is thus made of paper for easier recycling. Do you also hate tearing and peeling plastic tapes off boxes before you can put them in the paper bin? We certainly do, which is why we chose the more expensive but more ecological and user-friendly option.
• During high summer temperatures, we sometimes wrap the chocolates in bubble wrap as well. We do this only exceptionally and reluctantly, but we comfort ourselves with the fact that you can still use the bubble wrap to pack something else.
