Almonds in dark chocolate with coffee

We imported premium almonds, lightly roasted them and coated them in dark chocolate with selected coffee from the Coffee Source roaster. 

Spanish almonds are characterized by a delicate and sweet taste. This taste is enhanced even more by gentle roasting.

The dark chocolate is made from selected cocoa beans from the Semuliki Forest area in Uganda. We added two selected African coffees to the chocolate: Kenya Massai and Ethiopia Suke from the Coffee Source roaster. Three premium single origin ingredients in one. 

Organic cocoa beans from the Semuliki Forest area come from smaller farms, are centrally fermented for 6-7 days and sun-dried for 6-8 days. You will find caramel and fig flavors in them.

The Kenya Massai coffee harvest comes from small farms located in the center of the country, south of Mount Kenya, on the high plateaus of Kiambu, reaching an altitude of 1900 m above sea level. Kenyan producers are small farmers grouped into cooperatives. In this coffee you will find flavors of rhubarb, raspberry and lime.

The second coffee is from the Ethiopian farm Suke Quto from the Guji region. You will find flavors of mandarin, jasmine and chocolate.

Almonds in chocolate with coffee are free of gluten, lecithins, vegetable oils and artificial colors.
